1. Go to https://multichain.xyz/
2. Connect your Metamask
3. Click on the first token icon where you read “From” and then you will have a list to choose the token you want to bridge. We are looking for FTM – ETH mainnet here.
4. After you’ve selected FTM-ETH mainnet in the “From” field it should automatically show up in the “To” field. Make sure that you see the smaller icon in the “To” field as a FTM icon.
5. Select the amount and click transfer. You should now accept the transactions in your metamask wallet activity tab.
